AllocationMaster: Support:

An AllocationMaster User's Guide is supplied to each new user. The User's Guide describes the general features and operation of AllocationMaster. The chapters are organized to cover each menu item and field in the program.

The User's Guide can be accessed by any one of three methods.

1. Accessing the User's Guide from AllocationMaster.
In AllocationMaster, choose “AllocationMaster User's Guide” from the Help Menu. A list of the available chapters will appear. Click on any chapter link to open up a PDF file of that particular chapter in the User's Guide.

Note: You must have Adobe Acrobat reader installed to view the User's Guide both on the website as well as the downloadable version. To download a free copy of Acrobat reader, visit Adobe's web site at: www.adobe.com.

2. Downloading the User's Guide from: www.allocationmaster.com

To download the AllocationMaster User's Guide from this web site, you must be a currently registered user of AllocationMaster.

Step 1. Go to download page. Click here.

Step 2. Log in with your Registration number and PIN. (Your 7-character Registration Number is found after your name on the mailing label and under Help > About in the program.)

Step 3. Choose the User's Guide button on the Select Download Type screen.

Step 4. Click on any chapter link to open up a PDF file of that particular chapter in the User's Guide. From here, you can print the chapter or save it to your PC.

3. Order a Hard Copy of the AllocationMaster User's Guide

Hard copies of the AllocationMaster User's Guide may be ordered for $25.00 each plus applicable sales tax. To place an order, please print the Order Form by clicking here.

After printing the PDF, complete the Order Form and return to SunGard by fax at (949) 743-6315 or by mail to 2 Venture Suite 550, Irvine, CA 92618.

Once a properly completed Order Form is received by us, your order will be processed and an AllocationMaster User's Guide will be shipped to you via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail. Please allow 7 to 10 days to receive your order. NO RUSH ORDERS.
